Webland Booking System is a highly flexible
booking system designed specifically for the club industry. It can be
used as a stand-alone application or can be integrated with numerous other
systems. In addition, the system can be web-enabled - allowing members/customers
to book themselves on-line
Designed for use with QuickBooks®
- Activity bookings: make a single booking,
a repeat booking or block bookings through WBS. Choose to view the activity
or the member of staff on your booking sheet.
- Class bookings: check the whole week's
worth of courts and make a booking in 3 clicks!
- Event bookings: set up one-off events
and specify which members of staff and facilities will be required for
the event. WBS will automatically ensure that they cannot be double-booked.
- Waiting lists: WBS automatically "offers"
an available booking to the waiting member who can either accept it
or reject it. If rejected, the booking is then offered to the next waiting
member. You set up how long a member has to accept a booking before
it gets rolled on to the next member; this avoids loss of revenues from
cancelled bookings.
- Reports: check a member's bookings or
print a list of bookings for specific activities or member of staff.
Keep track of cancelled and unpaid bookings as well as of no shows.
- Bespoke: includes a unique tool to tailor
WBS to your organisation's needs. You can create your own "booking rules".
Integrates with other systems: you can link WBS to numerous systems
such as membership or account systems.
- User Rights: Allocate different user rights
to your staff, only allowing them to see and make bookings that you
define.
